CDMA service provider MTS India has announced a new flat rate of 30 paise per minute voice tariff plan for local, STD, ISD (US & Canada) and roaming calls made by MTS subscribers. However, there is a fair usage cap of 100 minutes a month for the international calls and after the usage limit is over standards rate will be charged. When on roaming, MTS subscribers will be able to make and receive calls at 30 paisa per minute to anywhere in the country. An SMS will also cost 30 paise, while data usage is priced at 30 paise/MB.
This new offer is open for both new and existing MTS subscribers and they can activate the same through a recharge coupon priced between Rs 50 to Rs 100.
MTS also announced free access to Facebook for a month through MTS Planet on entry level phones provided by the operator.
