How to Check if Your Yahoo, Gmail or AOL Passwords were Leaked

How to Check if Your Yahoo, Gmail or AOL Passwords were Leaked
Yahoo Inc., said that it is investigating a security breach that led to more than 450,000 user names and unencrypted passwords stolen from its servers.

But it wasn’t just Yahoo! email addresses that have been infiltrated: Gmail, MSN, Hotmail, Comcast and AOL accounts have also been hacked. (Yahoo! Voices allows you to sign in with non-Yahoo! email addresses.)

Luckily an Internet security company (Sucuri Malware Labs) has set up a handy web site where you can check to see if your password was compromised. So without further adieu, click here to find out whether your account is among those leaked.

The news comes just one day after 420,000 member accounts from social network Formspring were compromised, and a few weeks after millions of passwords were leaked online from sites such as LinkedIn, eHarmony and Last.fm.

Users of those services are still being advised to change their passwords immediately.
