Nokia Drive 3.0 now Available for Lumia Windows Smartphones

Nokia is rolling out an update to its Nokia Drive navigation application for Lumia device users in the world.  

The upgrade brings several new features to the application including My Commute which learns your driving preferences and then helps you get to your destination quicker by using those along with traffic information to assist with routes.

While the My Commute feature will be US only initially, the other additions will be widely available. Nokia Drive 3.0 includes an automatic day and night mode that adjusts display setting for optimum visibility during any time of the day.

The final feature of this update is the ability to pin to Start for your favorite destinations. This gives users fast one-tap access to directions no matter where they are.

If you haven't been notified of the update yet, Nokia cautions that there may a 1 - 2 day delay with the update's deployment depending on your region.
