Acer to Offer 2GB Free Cloud Space to Desktop and Notebook Buyers

Acer India has announced that it has tied up with Vaulten, a cloud service provider, and will be providing free 2GB cloud space on a private cloud network to its customers.

Under this offer, customers who will be buying laptops from company's Veriton, TravelMate, Gateway or Aspire series, will be able be getting the free cloud storage. For customers who wish to get space beyond the existing 2GB, Acer and Vaulten are also offers various subscription plans up to 1TB.

Commenting on the association, S. Rajendran, Chief Marketing Officer, Acer India said, "We have been committed to providing innovative solutions that enrich the lives of our consumers and we are extremely pleased to announce our association with Vaulten. In the recent times, it has become a trend to offer free cloud space with a purchase of smartphone but Acer seems to be starting a similar trend in the laptop segment as well.
