HTC has unveiled a new quad-core Android smartphone - One XC - at the Chinese Telecommunications Fair, Beijing. It is the successor of the popular HTC One X smartphone. HTC One XC powered by Qualcomm's 1.5GHz quad-core Snapdragon S4 chip with 1 GB of RAM. It design is quite distinct from One X and the phone has got a two tone black and golden design.
Key features of HTC One XC -
- 4.7 inch HD capacitive touch screen (1280 X 720 pixels)
- Android v4.0.3 Ice cream Sandwich OS
- Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 chipset with a 1.5GHz Dual Core Processor
- 1GB RAM
- 16 GB of internal memory, expandable upto 32 GB via MicroSD card
- 8MP Rear camera
- Wi-Fi 802.11, Bluetooth, DLNA, 3G
- GPS, micro USB port
It is also expected to be upgraded to the Android Jelly bean operating system in the coming days, according the company. It will be initially launched in Chinese markets only for priced at about $310.
