Recently, Micromax has announced its A110 Superfone Canvas 2 Smartphone for pre-order but now its available for buy from online retailers Saholic and Snapdeal for Rs. 9,999. The Dual SIM Android phone comes with a 5-inch (480 x 854 pixels) TFT capacitive touch screen IPS display and is powered by a 1 GHz dual-core processor. It has an 8 Megapixel camera with Dual LED Flash and a 0.3MP front-facing camera for video calling. The Micromax A110 Superfone Canvas 2 comes in Black and White colors.

Micromax 5-inch Android 4.0 A110 Superfone with Dual Core Processor, 8MP Camera Launches

Micromax has announced the new A110 smartphone canvas 2, successor of Micromax Canvas A100 and also is available for Pre-booking from Snapdeal.com. The design of the smartphone is quite similar to the A100, but it would come with a 1 GHz dual-core processor and an upgraded 8 Megapixel camera with LED Flash and a 0.3MP front-facing camera for video calling.

Micromax launches Electronic Products - LED TVs, Home Theatres and 3D Blu Ray Player

The Indian Mobile phone and Tablet maker, Micromax, has entered to home entertainment business with the launch of 6 new LED TVs ranging from 24 inch to 55 inch, 2 Home Theaters and a 3D Blu Ray Player.

LED24K316 – Rs.15,990 (24 inch LED TV)

LEDL31FL24F – Rs.16,990 (24 inch FullHD LED TV)

LED32K316 – Rs.25,990 (32 inch HD LED TV)

LED42K316 – Rs.47,990 (42 inch Full HD LEDTV)

LEDK316K50F – Rs.79,990 (50 inch #D Full HD LED TV)

LEDT770K55F – Rs.1,29,990 ( 55 inch 3D Full HD LED TV with Smart TV)

The country has set up a production unit at Rudrapur, Uttrakhand, that has the production capacity of 2000 LED TV per day. 

The 2 Home Theatre systems launched are HT037F1 and HT089F1 with 5.1 surround sound speakers and 4000-5000 watts PMPO. The HT037F1 is priced at Rs.5990 and HT089F1 is priced at Rs.6990.

The 3D Blu-Ray player that supports all 2D and 3D video/audio formats is priced at Rs 6,490. Micromax has introduced two models in HTS, starting Rs 5,990.

The company has also launched a Smart Stick accessory for its LED range that is an Android powered dongle capable of turning a regular TV into Smart TV. This dongle will be available for Rs 4,990.

Recently, Micromax has announced its Funbook Infinity Android tablet and now they add another 7-inch tablet in their Funbook series called - Funbook Talk (P350) @ Rs. 7,249. It is the first tablet from the company to offer in-built voice calling and 2G (GPRS) data support. All the previous Funbook series tablets had data support 3G via USB dongles.

Micromax launches 'Hook-Up' app for Free Messaging & IM Chat

Micromax has launched a new application - HookUp - a messaging app that allows users to exchange images, music, videos, send and receive messages, similar to WhatsApp service. According to Micromax, "The application is absolutely free to use". The messaging app integrates SMS and IM chat app and allows HookUp users to send SMSes to a non-HookUp user free of charge. 

The application will come pre-bundled with their new phone Micromax A25 Smarty. The A25 Smarty comes with a Hook-Up bundle giving buyers 330 free messages per month for an year.

Micromax unveiled new Android Smartphone - A25 Smarty

Recently, Micromax launched A87 Superfone Ninja 4 and now they announced another low-budget dual SIM Android smartphone called - Micromax Smarty A25. It runs on Android 2.3.6 Gingerbread operating system. Micromax has already launched more than six Android smartphones in last two months.

Key specs of Smarty A25 -

• 1GHz single core processor
• Android 2.3 (Gingerbread).
• 256MB RAM, 512MB ROM, 120MB internal storage and microSD support
• 2.8 inch capacitive touchscreen (320×240 px resolution) with 262K colours
• EDGE/GPRS (Class 12), Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.1, WAP and G-sensors
