Google to Acquire IM startup Meebo

According to Meebo’s blog post Monday, the company will be acquired by Google. There was no price listed, but a few weeks ago All Things D reported the price to be somewhere in the range of $100 million, according to unnamed sources. Since its start in 2005, Meebo has raised about $70 million in more than four venture rounds.
